šŸ© Fresh-baked chocolate donuts? Easy with help from Nush.

Here in the kitchens of Nush Foods we’ve come up with a number of great recipes that start with our pancake and waffle mix, but these delectable chocolate donuts might be our favorite so far!

Of course, Nush pancake mix is based on flaxseed, has ZERO added sugar, is super low-carb, keto-friendly, diabetic-safe, and gluten-free.
Ā 
But how does pancake mix turn into donuts?? It’s this easy:Ā 
Ā 
1/2 c. Nush pancake mix
1/4 c. erythritol
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spoon into rings of greased donut pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
