Easy Low Carb Peanut Butter Donuts, So easy with the help of Nush!

This is a truly delicious treat you can make with our low carb pancake and waffle mix. And these are absolutely as decadent and satisfying as they sound — just say “PEANUT BUTTER DONUTS” out loud — but since they’re based on our pancake mix, they have ZERO added sugar, are super low-carb, gluten-free, diabetic-safe, and keto-friendly!
Here’s how our Easy Low Carb Peanut Butter Donut Recipe:

1/2 c. Nush pancake mix
1/4 c. erythritol (or your favorite non-sugar sweetener)
1/4 c. unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg

Mix well, and spoon batter into the rings of a greased donut pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
