And here’s a chocolate cake recipe that’s really quick and easy — takes just a few minutes to mix the ingredients and only 15 minutes to bake. And of course, since it’s based on Nush pancake and waffle mix, it has ZERO added sugar. It also has plenty of Omega-3s and lots of healthy fiber, thanks to our flaxseed base.

Our Quick and Easy Low Carb Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Nush low carb pancake mix
- 1/3 c. erythritol
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan, and bake at 350 about 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Now enjoy this delicious low carb chocolate cake with a glass of milk and a friend.
