Need a Chocolate Low Carb Donut Recipe? It's easy with the help from Nush!

Here in the kitchens of Nush Foods we’ve come up with a number of great recipes that start with our pancake and waffle mix, but these delectable chocolate, low carb donuts might be our favorite so far!
 
Of course, Nush  low carb pancake mix is based on flaxseed, has ZERO added sugar, is super low-carb, keto-friendly, diabetic-safe, and gluten-free.
 
But how does pancake mix turn into low carb donuts? It’s this easy: 

Here's our delicious, easy, low carb donut recipe:

 
1/2 c. Nush pancake mix
1/4 c. erythritol
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spoon into rings of greased donut pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
