Cheesecake Carrot Cake Trifle
1 Nush Carrot Spice Cake, cut into small cubes
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp powdered erythritol
1 oz heavy cream
1 tsp powdered erythritol, optional
pinch of cinnamon
With an electric mixer beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in 3 tbsp of the powdered erythritol.
Layer the Nush Carrot Spice Cake and the sweetened cream cheese in a small mason jar or glass.
Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add sweetener if desired. Spoon on top of the parfait. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
